Mary was born on August 18, 1920 in Rosemont, West Virginia to Ellsworth and Dosia (Conrad) Matthews. Mary was a life member of: V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 6739 in Camp Verde, AZ; American Legion Auxiliary Chapter #25 in Cottonwood, AZ; and Women of the Moose #1854 of Verde Valley, AZ. Mary enjoyed sewing, and worked as a waitress in the food and beverage industry. Mary was the wife of Wilbert "Bill" Eckenrod and the brother of E.B. Matthews. There are no local services.
