Mary Louise Rhodus

Mary Louise "Stevee" Rhodus of Sedona passed away Monday, October 4, 2010. She was born on December 9, 1922 in Lancaster, Ohio to George and Mildred Sherrick Westhoven. Mary worked as a clinical laboratory director and owner. She established the "N. Wayne \u0026 Mary Louise Rhodus Endowment Fund" at Ohio State University College of Mathematics \u0026 Physical Sciences. Mary did extensive volunteer work, including Flagstaff Symphony League, RTA Hospice \u0026 Palliative Care and Sedona Literacy to name a few. She was also given the 2007 Accomplished Elder Award by the Northern Arizona Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging. Mary is preceded in death by her husband N. Wayne Rhodus. She is survived by nephew Bob Hummel (JoJo) of Ohio; great nephew Ian Hummel of Ohio; special friend Lee Gillespie of Cottonwood and sister-in-law Jeanne Flanegan of Ohio.
