Michael E. Spencer

Michael Spencer, born on May 17, 1929 in Missouri to Nedra and Emmett Elmo Spencer. He had a brother O\u0027neil. He met his wife Virginia at a high school basketball game and married her on June 29, 1949. Together, they spent 62 years in marriage in the Catholic tradition. Michael was a wonderful husband to Virginia and a spectacular father to his four children. Michael had many friends that were dear to him. After moving to Scottsdale Arizona, Michael became a partner with Mr. Frank Hunter of Arizona Adjustment Agency for many years. Michael was able to open additional branches of the company throughout the state. He also graduated from Arizona State University. Michael was a religious man who attended church on a weekly basis, devoted his life to his family and encouraged each of them to follow the Catholic tradition. The good Lord called Michael home on March 30, 2015 and his love will be always cherished in our hearts. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, April 6 in the Immaculate Conception Church in Cottonwood at 11 AM. Inurnment will follow at All Soul\u0027s Cemetery.
