Morton Wesley Davis

Morton Wesley Davis, 96 of Winner, South Dakota , passed away in Cottonwood on May 12, 2012. He was born on January 13, 1916 in Aberdeen , South Dakota to George and Ida Mae Davis. Morton attended North Dakota Industrial College . He enlisted in the Army during WWII. He worked as an electrical contractor. Morton belonged to Faith Missouri Synod Lutheran Church . He enjoyed woodworking, photographing, hunting and fishing. Morton will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Morton was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Davis. He is survived by brothers Richard Davis (Virgie) of Phoenix and Tom Davis (Diane) of Palo Alto , CA .
