Nettie Jean Babich

Nettie Jean Babich, 85, of Globe, born April 8, 1926 in Scottsdale, AZ, passed peacefully on December 27, 2011 in Cottonwood, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Mike Babich; Grandson, Tim Valenzuela; Mother, Mary Hyduke; Father, Joseph Hydyke; Brothers Joseph, Ned, Lee, Victor, George, and Amole; Sisters Olga, Bessie, Mary, and Daisy; and Son-in-law, Bobby Valenzuela. She is survived by Daughter, Mary Valenzuela of Cornville; Son, John Babich of Globe; Granddaughter Theresa (Albie) Ettinger and Great-granddaughters Mari Grace Ettinger and Mollie Jean Ettinger of Tempe. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mingus Connection in care of the Tim Valenzuela Scholarship, 1801 E. Fir St., Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
