Norma Phillips-Moore, 82 of Cottonwood, passed away on January 28, 2014. She was born on January 11, 1932 in Calumet City, Illinois to Kenneth Jacobs and Lotchen Crowe. Norma was the manager of Sleepy Valley Trailer Village in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a member of Eagles #143 in Colorado Springs, lifetime member of VFW Post#6739 in Camp Verde and the American Legion #25. She enjoyed shooting an 8 ball, dancing and bowling. Norma was preceded in death by her first husband John W. Phillips and second husband Charles A.L. Moore. She is survived by sons Terry L. Phillips (Cyndi) of Indiana and Jerry L. Phillips (Denise) of Colorado; daughter Pamela Fox of Cottonwood; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. There are no services planned.
