Norman Major, 80 of Luna, New Mexico, passed away on December 11, 2013 in Cottonwood. He was born on June 21, 1933 in Clemenceau, AZ to Paul and Edna Major. Norman attended Clemenceau school from 1928-1950 then college to learn to become a sheet metal worker for 3 years. He worked for 10 years for Phelps Dodge Corp, 5 years as the owner of Western Auto Store and 1/3 owner of T\u0026T Refrigeration from 1971-1998. Norman was preceded in death by daughter Judith Lynn Major. He is survived by his wife Wanda of 59 years; sons Dale Major (Carol) and Scott Major (Deanna) both of Cottonwood; brother Frank Major (Camilla) of Thatcher, AZ; sister Myrna Williams (Charles) of Colorado; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
