Phyllis Marian Ridenour

Phyllis Marian (Hart) Ridenour, age 90, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 1, 2014 in Camp Verde. She was born on August 29, 1923 to George Franklin Hart and Marguerite May (Hazen) Hart in Beverly, Massachusetts. She graduated with an AA Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She lived in San Diego, California for 30 years and then another 30 or so in Greenville, California before her final move to Camp Verde in 2009. She loved gardening, reading and dogs. She was preceded in death by her son Melvin Young. She is survived by her daughter Karen (Bill) Doran of Poway, California; her son Norman Lewis of San Diego, California; her son Patrick Lewis of Port Angeles, Washington; granddaughter Nicki (Matt) Schlemmer of St. Louis, Missouri; sister Marilou Coy of Phoenix and several nieces and nephews.
