Richard J. Downs II, born September 5, 1938 in Albany, New York passed away August 6, 2010 in his Sedona home surrounded by his family. A celebration of his life has planned for Saturday August 14 at the Elks Club, Sedona, AZ at 12 noon. He was the inspiration to all who knew and loved him. Loving husband, father (Pops), grandfather, uncle and freind to all. He will be truly missed here on earth but is celebrating with loved ones in heaven.
