Richard Patterson

Richard Patterson, age 79, of Camp Verde, Arizona passed asway December 28, 2005. He was born September 25, 1926 in Globe, Arizona, where he was raised and graduated from Globe High School. Richard then attended the University of Arizona, and served his country in the U.S. Navy was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1946 following service in World War II. He married Colleen Jones in July of 1947. He retired from El Paso Natural Gas Company in 1981 after 34 years, then he co-founded Accurate Corrosion Control in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his wife Colleen, of 58 years; children, Kay (husband Rick), and Alan (wife Stevie); grandchildren, Kelly, Brian, Heather, Lianne and James; and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in Richard\u0027s honor on Saturday, January 14, 2005 at 11:00am at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave.in Cottonwood, Arizona.
