Richard Cecil Williams, 93, of Lake Montezuma, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, April 27th. He was born December 30, 1910 in Belleville, Kansas. Mr. Williams owned and operated an automotive machine shop in Casper Wyoming until his retirement in 1975. His hobbies included golf, playing bridge, woodworking, and he was also a ham radio operator. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 70 years Elsie Cora (Sommers) Williams; a son Richard J. Williams of Lake Montezuma, Arizona, a daughter: Janice Harnisch of Laguna Beach, California; a sister: Ruth Most of Olathe, Kansas; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Westcott Funeral Home of Cottonwood, is assisting with private family services. Memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association Maricopa Division, 2929 So. 48th Street Tempe, AZ 85282
