Robert J. Christenson

Robert J. Christenson, 73, resident of Rimrock passed away at home on Tuesday, February 26, 2008. He was born in St. Johns, Arizona on September 16, 1934 to David and Iva (Parmenter) Christenson. Robert dedicated his time and service to our country with the United States Navy. Professionally, he worked as a crane operator for Relience Crane and Rental. He enjoyed working on cars, sports, and reading. He is preceded in death by his son, Andy Ray. Robert leaves behind his wife of 28 years, Nancy Christenson of Rimrock; his son, David with his wife Jessica of Phoenix; his daughters, Sandra, Cindy, Kimberly, Patrice and LeeAnna; as well as his step-daughter, Pam-all of Phoenix. 26 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive him. A Visitation was held at Westcott Funeral Home on Thursday evening, February 28, 2008 from 5:00-7:00pm. Funeral Services; also held at Westcott Funeral Home, will follow Friday morning, February 29, 2008 at 10:00am. Following, Robert will be interred at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix.
