Ronald M. McDonald, 77, of Cottonwood died July 2 while traveling in Alberta, Canada. He was born November 2, 1926 in Cottonwood, the son of Revilo and Rose (Mueller) McDonald. He attended Clemenceau Elementary School and Clarkdale High School. He went on to serve in the Navy during Wolrd War II. He worked as a \u0027\u0027sourdough\u0027\u0027 on the railroads in Alaska. He attended Immaculate Conception Church. He was good to everyone he knew. He leaves two nephews, Kenneth C. Forman of Yucaipa, California and James R. Forman of Phoenix; a niece, Chris A. Ashton of Las Vegas, Nevada; and a brother-in-law, James T. Forman of Phoenix. A graveside service was held July 10 in the Cottonwood Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home was entrsuted with these arrangements.
