Ruth S. Caldwell

Ruth S. Caldwell, 94, a resident of Sedona died September 26. She was born December 14, 1909 in Oakland, California, the daughter of Frank and Etta Sebrean. She attended school in Oakland, California. Before her retirement, she was a real estate agent for 20 years. She previously worked in the personnel department at Douglas Aircraft for 6 years. A member of the First Presbyterian Church, she enjoyed ceramics and rugmaking. Sedona has been her home for the last seventeen years. Her husband, Kenneth Caldwell, preceded her in death. She leaves a daughter, Ellene McDermid of Red Bluff, California; a sister, Gwalda Conroy; a grandson, Gary Oaks and great-grandchildren Rachel and Jason Oaks.
