Shirley Loy Jackman died April 27, 2011 at an assisted living facility in Tucson, Arizona. Shirley was born in Cornville, Arizona August 31, 1929, the daughter of Edward and Priscilla Loy. She attended Cornville elementary school and graduated from high school in Clarkdale, Arizona. During most of her adult life, Shirley was employed by the human resources department of the Veterans Administration Hospital in Phoenix. She retired with her husband, Charles Jackman, to Cornville in the early 1980\u0027s. She was preceded in death by her husband and her brother, Richard Loy and is survived by a sister, Ruth Debussi of Phoenix and brothers, Gene of Phoenix, Robert of Cornville and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Graveside services will be held at 9 AM in the morning on June 7th at the Cottonwood Cemetery in Cottonwood, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for loved ones and friends to donate to the Alzhiemers Association (http://www.alz.org).
