Strauter ''Gil'' Gilkey Prewitt, Jr.

Strauter Gilkey Prewitt, Jr. (Gil - Bubba), 39 years old of Los Fresnos, Texas entered into eternal rest with the Lord on Friday, October 29, 2004 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas. He is survived by his mother, Paula H. Huffman of Los Fresnos, Texas; his father, Strauter Gilkey Prewitt, Sr. of Lexington, Kentucky; four sisters, Sheryl Kunze, Sheila (Larry) Alvey and Sharon Rhoda, all of Cottonwood and Stephanie (Jeff) Crow of Los Fresnos, Texas. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 3 from 12:30 to 1:30 PM at Westcott Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will follow at Valley View Cemetery at 2 PM.
