Sylvia Trently-Pembroke ascended from this earthly plane on April 6, 2016 in Cottonwood, AZ. Born to Joseph and Betty Valiant on September 22, 1934 in Milnesville, PA she spent the first part of her adult life as a military wife, working in the cosmetic industry on various military installations at home and abroad. Her careers included: American Airlines, Hostess and Catering Manager, Home Dcor Sales, Revlon and Lancme Cosmetic Representative and Fine Jewelry Retail. Sylvia had a love for the finer things in life and was very generous in soul and nature as she shared her gifts. She also had a very strong faith in God while practicing and sharing her spirituality with others. She had an infectious smile, laugh and a way of expressing herself so endearing it will make all that know her smile widely in remembrance. She loved animals to include her own dogs throughout the years; we are sure she is with them now and loving them as we speak. She supported many Humane Shelters and Organizations, particularly when dogs had to be rescued due to emergency situations. Sylvia is survived by her husband of 40 years, Lowell Pembroke of Cornville, AZ; her daughter Diane Trently-Evans of Santa Maria, CA and her granddaughter Erica Evans of Albany, Oregon. She will be dearly missed; however, there is comfort in knowing she is where she aspired to be with her Lord in Heaven, her loved ones previously passed and all the angels. There will be a memorial in San Diego, CA, her previous residence on June 17, 2016. In lieu of flowers, please remember Sylvia\u0027s love of animals by supporting and donating to your local Humane Societies and Shelters.
