Thomas E. Freuler, 80, resident of Cornville, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2007. He was born April 25, 1926 in Somerville, New Jersey to Thomas and May (Wall) Freuler. Thomas grew up in Bound Brook, New Jersey, where as a child, he attended St. Joseph's Elementary School, and graduated from Bound Brook High School. He later went on to attend Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida and Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Thomas served his country during WWII in the United States Navy, and received the Asuatic/Pacific Campaign Medal, the WWII Medal, and the American Campaign Medal. Thomas worked in the Insurance, Investment, and Securities Industries. He was also a councilman, as well as, a part of the Civil Air Patrol, which he thoroughly enjoyed and even considered one of his hobbies. Other interests included photography and of course, flying. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Marge Freuler; and his son, Thomas Freuler. Thomas leaves behind his wife of 19 years, Evelyn Freuler of Cornville; son, Mark Bieber with his wife, Mayumi of New York City, New York; three daughters, Linda Maddaluna with her husband, Michael of Raritan, New Jersey, and Susan Mennell of Houston, Texas, and Jodi Althouse with her husband, Shawn of South Tom\u0027s River, New Jersey; his brother, Jim Freuler with his wife, Barbara of Hunterdon, New Jersey; his sister, Loretta Lindstrom of Hillsboro, New Jersey; 7 grandchildren, Keith Rielly, Jackie Nosiay, Robert Mennell, Lauren Mennell, Amy Seymour, Michael Maddaluna, and Mai Simoneau; and 1 great-grandson, Rylan Seymour. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 11:00am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Sedona, where he was proud to be a member.
