Tomas T. Sanchez

Tomas T. Sanchez, 85, of Clarkdale passed away May 3, 2014 in Paramount, California. He was born May 17, 1928 in Larkhart. Texas, the son of Anthony and Josephine (Tobias) Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez attended schools in Clarkdale. He worked making car batteries for over 30 years and retired at age 55. He enjoyed camping at mountain lakes in San Bernadino, California. He was a fan of the Lakers and especially enjoyed the basketball playoffs, also Dodgers and the Cardinals baseball. He also liked camping and horseshoes. He will be remembered as a great Dad and Grandfather. Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by his sons Arthur and Raymond Sanchez. He leaves his wife of 58 years, Virginia Sanchez; sons Tom Sanchez, Ruben Sanchez and Art Sanchez; daughters Anna Sanchez, Irene Sanchez and Prissica Sanchez; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
