Victoria L. Ross, 56, of Chino Valley died February 26, 2012. She was born February 27, 1955 in Phoenix, the daughter of Ralph and Mary Lou Smart. Vicky will be deeply missed by her family and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Patrick Smart.
