Virginia Gullett, 85, of Camp Verde died September 14. She was born February 10, 1924 in Truman Arkansas, the daughter of Evert Johnson and Willie Halliburton Johnson. She was involved in 4-H as a cooking teacher, was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a devoted Christian and a loving mother, wife and grandmother. Her hobbies included reading, crossword puzzles, sewing, playing solitaire and spending time with family. She leaves a son Fred Gullet, Jr. of Camp Verde; several grandchildren including Christy Stover (Van) of Flagstaff and Parker Bourassa of Pennsylvania; sisters Patricia Johnson, Jane Warloe and Edith Randelman and Mary Catherine, brother Barry Johnson , several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19 in the Westcott Funeral Home, 631 S. 1st St., Camp Verde at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Clear Creek Cemetery.
