It was there that Virginia met and married her husband, Chester Vernon Sullins, a Texan working on the Panama Canal. After the death of her husband in 1953, Virginia worked many years as an insurance adjuster. In her later years, she worked as a salesperson at Sears, where she retired. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Verna Birch (Joseph) of Cornville, her grandsons Christopher George Brailo (Courtney) of Reno, Nevada, and Stephen James Brailo (Arianna) of Cathedral City, California, and two nephews, Charles Porchia and Anthony Dell.
