Walter Thomas Beamis

Walter Thomas Beamis went to be with his Lord on July 30, 2012. He was born on June 2, 1932, the eldest son of Thomas and Dorothy Beamis. Walt will be remembered for his love of his family, biking, camping, golfing and woodcarving. Walt will be missed, but his family knows he is resting in the arms of his Lord. Walt is survived by his wife (and #1 fan) of 60 years, Mary Lou; his daughters, Debbi Miller-Bush of Goodyear, AZ, Denise (Will) Leslie of Peoria, AZ and Dianna (Dave) Good of Cottonwood, AZ; his grandchildren, Joshua (Lindsey) Good of Flagstaff, AZ, Gretchen (Micah) White of Camp Verde, AZ, Danielle Leslie of Peoria, AZ; and three beautiful great-grandchildren, Katie, Grady and Madeline. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Verde Baptist Church, 102 S. Willard St. in Cottonwood at 3:00 PM.
