Wanda F. Larson

Wanda F. Larson, 85, of Cottonwood died December 27, 2010. She was born January 7, 1925 in Western, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Samuel and Mary Alice Garvey. Mrs. Larson was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, candy making and baking and was a great seamstress. She will be remembered as "Wonderful Wanda" and loved by all who knew her. She is known not to let anyone leave her presence without a hug or a kiss. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claven B. Larson who died in October and son Chuckie Ferguson. She leaves a son, Michael Ferguson (JoAnne) of Cottonwood; daughters, Charlene Shaw ((Hugh) of Port Charlotte, Florida and Christine Miglionsi (Jerry) of Apollo, Pennsylvania; stepsons Shane Larson of Cottonwood and Clay Larson of Big Spring, Texas; sisters, Jenni Larson Driscoll (Jack) of Interlochen, Michigan and Ben Larson (Gerry) of Breckenridge, Michigan; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grand-children. A visitation will be held at the Cottonwood Assembly of God Church, 750 E. Mingus Ave. from 10:30-11 AM. A Funeral service will follow at 11 AM.
