Wayne "Tiny" Addington of Cottonwood passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014. He was 67 years old. Tiny was born on October 7, 1946 in Phoenix, AZ to Ray and Catherine (Johnston) Addington. Tiny attended Sunnyslope High School, graduating in 1965 before attending Phoenix College. Tiny was voted Homecoming King of Sunnyslope High School. He was a coach and referee. He enjoyed fishing, football and baseball and he was a member of the LDS Church. He has worked for Garland Steel in Phoenix, Oak Creek Building Supply and the Sedona Phoenix Shuttle. Tiny was preceded in death by his sister Cathy Addington, his daughter Deborah Goodman; his first wife Colleen Shetler and his second wife Linda Moore Addington. He is survived by his wife Glenda Walton; his daughter Leslie (Todd) Myers; 4 step-children; his sister Lois Boegeman (John); his brother Frank Mayo; 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services for Tiny will be held at the LDS Church located at 1377 E. Hombre Dr. in Cottonwood on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11 AM.
