Winifred Straub

Winifred Straub, 80 of Cottonwood, passed away on August 12, 2015. She was born on August 22, 1934 in Columbia, South Carolina to Robert Fulmer and Winifred Alexander. Winifred worked as a secretary. She helped with USO shows in Germany during the Korean War. Winifred enjoyed crocheting, glass collecting and camping. Her main love in life was to enjoy and take care of family. Winifred was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia. She is survived by her husband of 60 years John; son James Straub of Cottonwood; daughter Barbara Wofford (Jack) of Flagstaff; step-grandchildren Jackie, Jason, Jeremy and Tina; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at All Souls Cemetery in Cottonwood. Donations in Winifred\u0027s name may be made to your favorite charity.
